Applicant should have minimum 5 years experience in heavy highway, site, and utilities. Knowledgeable in takeoff and estimating. Computer skills must include Excel, word processing, and MS Project. Experience with Paydirt is a plus. Responsibilities include preplanning, scheduling, subcontractor and supplier coordination, communication, and documentation.
